Kettering Community Association

About

The Kettering Community Association was born out of the former Kettering and Oyster Cove Residents Group (KOCRES). During 2010 the Group considered the benefits of becoming an incorporated association. At the March 2010 meeting a sub-committee was established to draft a constitution. The constitution was endorsed at the July 2010 meeting and agreement reached to incorporate following the 2010 Annual General Meeting. This action was duly completed following election of office bearers at the AGM in August 2010.

Membership is open to any person who is living or working in the Kettering township and environs.

The objects and purposes of the Association as set out in the Constitution are:

  •  co-ordination of projects and activities of benefit to the Kettering township and environs
  • provide a forum for the discussion of matters of community interest,
  •  to provide interest in the character of the area and its future,
  • to foster communication amongst the residents and relevant organizations.

Membership is open to any person who is living or working in the Kettering township and environs.
