An ATM is located outside the Mermaid Cafe adjacent to the Bruny Island Ferry Terminal at the eastern end of Ferry Road.
The main boat ramp is located at Trial Bay just south of the Kettering CBD.
Bush Fire Awareness
There are no church services held in Kettering. Services are held at the Woodbridge Church. For details visit the Channel Congregation website.

The nearest State Library of Tasmania is located in Kingston. Availability of titles can be determined using the library’s on-line catalogue.
A number of markets operate in the Channel area and are listed under on-going events on the Kingbrough Council website.
Kettering does not have a resident doctor. There are doctors available within 5 – 15 minutes drive at Snug and Kingston. Hobart has a full range of medical and hospital facilities.
On-Line Access Centre
The nearest On-line Access Centre is located at the Westwinds Community Centre and is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Contact Kim on 6267 4691 for all your enquiries.
The Post Office is located adjacent to the Kettering Central General Store, 2938a Channel Highway and operates Monday to Friday. Not all areas of Kettering are serviced by mail deliveries. Mail is held at the Post office for collection. PO Boxes are available on request. Contact Michael or Rose on 6267 4103.

Oyster Cove Marina, located at the head of Little Oyster Cove, offers full slipping and hardstand facilities.
Public tennis courts are located immediately to the south of the Kettering Community Hall on the Channel Highway. There are two courts: the one nearest the highway is open to the public; the second court is reserved for the use of members of the Kettering Tennis Club.
